About the Charter
The Management Committee
As per Accountability Charter Roles and Responsibilities, that served as the provisional governing principles of the International Non-Governmental Organisations Accountability Charter, Founding Signatories elected three members of the Management Committee on the 14th of November 2006 to oversee the sign-on and reporting processes of the Charter and to guide future developments of the Charter.
In February 2008, the Charter was registered as the Accountability Charter Company Limited in the United Kingdom. The Management Committee was succeeded by a Board that took on the responsibilities of overseeing the direction of the Charter Company.
