As per Accountability Charter Roles and Responsibilities, which serve as the provisional governing principles of the International Non-Governmental Organisations Accountability Charter, Founding Signatories elected three members of the Management Committee on the 14th of November 2006 to oversee the sign-on and reporting processes of the Charter and to guide future developments of the Charter.
