File a complaint against a Member

Accountable Now Members have committed themselves to strong values and standards in their work. To ensure they deliver on their promises in practice, it is important to hold them to account. In our Complaints Handling Policy it is agreed that any complaint should first be filed with the Accountable Now Member itself, to try and resolve it bilaterally. If the issue cannot be resolved at this level, it is escalated up to the Independent Review Panel of Accountable Now. In this case, please use the form provided on this website.
